Directions of Use
Applying the medical compression stockings: - Slide the stockings onto your arms with hand reaching the heel area holding the extra heel material.
- Turn the stockings inside out till the heel broaden the mouth of the fabric cave.
- Put your foot into the toe of the stocking, and gently slide the stocking over your heel.
- Then use your fingertips or palms to slide the stocking up your leg.
Removing the compression stockings: - Grab the socks at the upper part by the fabric, and not the elastic band.
- Slowly invert the sock down your leg.
- Once the sock is rolled past your ankle, you can either keep rolling it down, or you can remove it like a regular sock by pulling outward from the toe part.
