Directions of Use
- Wear the chest band around upper torso for men and under breast line for women so that the wrist strap is in the center and on the front side.
- Fix the upper arm strap to a comfortable compression on the affected upper arm of the injured shoulder.
- Now, fix your arm in flexion position using wrist strap.
- Then, position the shoulder cup on the injured shoulder so that the wider end facing towards the neck side.
- Encircle the chest with strap of the shoulder cup and tie the hook and loop tapes as per your comfort.
