Put on the applicator given in the box over the foot
It helps to slide the stocking up towards the knee
Insert your hand in the stocking and hold the heel portion in your palm
Now reverse the stocking outward
Slide the inverted stocking such that its heel portion fits your heel perfectly
Now slowly start pulling up the stocking and make sure there are no creases
