Directions of Use

Applying the medical compression stockings:

Slide the stockings onto your arms with hand reaching the heel area holding the extra heel material.
Turn the stockings inside out till the heel broadens the mouth of the fabric cave.
Put your foot into the toe of the stocking, and gently slide the stocking over your heel.
Then use your fingertips or palms to slide the stocking up your leg.

Removing the compression stockings:

Grab the socks at the upper part by the fabric, and not the elastic band.
Slowly invert the sock down your leg.
Once the sock is rolled past your ankle, you can either keep rolling it down, or you can remove it like a regular sock by pulling outward from the toe part.

Safety Information

Hand washing with mild detergent and cold water is recommended.
Do not bleach or iron.
