Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid that works immediately to reduce stomach acid. The pill is used to treat stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion caused by an excess of stomach acid.

Magnesium Hydroxide are antacids used together to relieve heartburn, acid indigestion, and upset stomach.

Simethicone is used to alleviate gas symptoms such as discomfort or pain, fullness, and bloating.
