Measure the circumference of the middle chest and if comes between 75-85 cms choose S size, 85-95 cms M , 95-105 cms L, 105-110 XL,115-125 cms 2XL, 125-135 cms 3XL.
Hand wash with mild detergent and dry on flat surface.

Position the brace on back .
Fasten anterior strap
Pass the shoulder strap from front to back, make across and adhere the straps in front with Velcro.
