• When to wear functional knee wrap?
  The structures in the knee can become damaged or dislocated in an injury or during exercises such as squats, powerlifting and by this time wearing knee wrap heals the injury.
• How long to wear functional knee wrap?
  After surgery this needs to be worn for 6 weeks to support bones and ligaments while they heal.
• Can I wear functional knee wrap overnight?
  For best results remove at night while sleeping.
• How tight the knee wrap must be worn?
  Knee must bend easily without restriction. If you feel the wrap is loose,rewrap. Also if you feel blood getting cut off to your lower leg or if you cannot bend the knee comfortably, knee wrap is too tight.So rewrap.
